Kristina's Journey

My journey in hospitality began with a deep passion for event planning, but I sought a more balanced career path. I transitioned into event and hotel sales, which led me to complete Marriott International’s Leadership Development Program and work with their hotels for five years. During the pandemic, I decided to go back to school to earn my MBA, aiming to pursue more strategic and business development roles. Today, I work in member engagement for PS, a private luxury terminal serving commercial flights at LAX and ATL. Each step of my journey has shaped my career and allowed me to blend my love for hospitality with strategic business growth.

I love working in hospitality because it allows me to combine my quantitative expertise with building meaningful client relationships. It's incredibly rewarding to collaborate with amazing people in a cutting-edge company, delivering exceptional experiences.
