Paola Taylor is an accomplished Human Resources executive with over two decades of experience leading transformative people strategies across corporate and academic institutions. As Region Vice President of Human Resources at Sysco Los Angeles, she serves as a strategic advisor to senior leadership, guiding enterprise-wide initiatives that drive cultural change, operational efficiency, and talent development.

Prior to joining Sysco, Paola served as Vice President of Human Resources at Azusa Pacific University, where she led all HR centers of excellence for more than 1,600 employees. Her leadership was instrumental in implementing a university-wide job architecture framework, automating performance management systems, and aligning HR strategy with institutional growth and mission.

Paola is recognized for her ability to foster executive partnerships, champion inclusive and equitable practices, and translate organizational vision into actionable results.
