Immerse yourself in the heart of Tokyo during one of Japan’s most breathtaking seasons - Sakura (Cherry) Blossom. This 9-day study abroad program offers students across all majors a unique opportunity to explore Japan’s rich traditions and cutting-edge innovations through cultural fieldwork and guided experiences.
From the elegance of Kabuki theater and historic temples in Asakusa, to modern marvels like Shibuya Sky and Tokyo Skytree, students will witness firsthand how Japan harmoniously blends the past and the future. Engage with Cal Poly Pomona alumni working in Tokyo’s world-class hospitality scene, enjoy a day at Tokyo Disney or DisneySea, cruise through Tokyo Bay, and stroll through cherry blossom-lined parks.
