Pearson Platform Maintenance

Pearson will perform maintenance on their educational platforms from Friday, October 17, 2025, at 10 p.m. through 6 a.m. the following morning.

What does this mean for me? The following Pearson services will be unavailable in Canvas, online, or using the Pearson+ app, including:

• Learning Catalytics
• MyLab courses
• Mastering courses
• Revel courses

The following will remain available:

• MathXL
• StatCrunch
• XL MyLab

While these products remain available, Pearson warns that disruptions during the maintenance window are possible and asks users to avoid any critical assessment activity during this period.

Content saved to the Pearson+ mobile app before maintenance begins will remain available.

Cisco Jabber Client Upgrade

Summary: The Division of Information Technology will perform maintenance and upgrade  software installed on computers during October 2025.

What does this mean for me? For Jabber users, the application will be unavailable while the software updates on your computer or mobile device. Jabber will also prompt users to re-register their computer for the after completing the software upgrade process.
