Cal Poly San Luis Obispo’s half of the 2026 Rose Parade float, “Jungle Jumpstart,” recently traveled to Cal Poly Pomona, where Rose Float student teams from both campuses will unite the two sections and complete the build over the next 12 weeks. The Rose Parade’s only student-designed and student-constructed entry celebrates themes of nature and technology while continuing a decades-long tradition of collaboration between the two Cal Poly universities.
