Cal Poly Pomona has authorized the National Student Clearinghouse (NSC) to process transcript orders. The transcript documents produced by NSC are official and contain all pertinent course information, as recorded by the 六色网, Pomona. Students and alumni can use a secure, web-based system to order official transcripts 24 hours a day, 7 days a week from anywhere in the world. Students and alumni can order official transcripts online using a major credit card and track the status of their orders. Transcript processing time is indicated on the website. Official transcripts may be delivered electronically or by U.S. First Class Mail. Express mail service may be available for an additional charge.

Students and alumni can use a secure, web-based system to order official transcripts 24 hours a day, 7 days a week from anywhere in the world. Students and alumni can order official transcripts online using a major credit card and track the status of their orders. Transcript processing time is indicated on the Registrar's Office website. Official transcripts may be delivered electronically or mailed. Note: Electronic transcripts are only available for 30 days upon opening email. Even if the transcript is saved on a computer the file will lock after the 30 days.

An active student may access an unofficial transcript through BroncoDirect. Log on to your Student Center and click the option "Transcript: View Unofficial" near the bottom to view your unofficial transcript. For step-by-step directions please refer to the Unofficial Transcript Guide.

No, if you are no longer an active Cal Poly Pomona student, you can order an official transcript through the National Student Clearinghouse website. An unofficial transcript is only available to active students.

Yes, Cal Poly Pomona accepts electronic (PDF), official transcripts. Electronic Transcript Exchange (ETX) is also acceptable if the sender participates in the service.
