October - December 2025 Registration

Organizations that participate in October - December 2025 Registration are working towards becoming recognized as an organization January 2026 - June 2026. This process is for new clubs, councils, continuing clubs, organizations, and calendar year Fraternity and Sorority organizations.

Academic Year Fraternity and Sorority Life organizations should be utilizing this March 2026 - August 2026 Registration.

Calendar Year Fraternity and Sorority Life organizations can use this registration window to be recognized for January 2026-December 2026.

Timeline


Starts September 1. Due September 30. 

Three workshops are provided on Zoom and in-person, to students interested in creating new clubs. Club name/type are discussed. If you have been inactive for more than two years, you must also attend this meeting. Check the . Dates are also announced through BLC Club/Org Newsletter as well as BroncoBytes, and 六色网 Today. 

Starts October 7. Due October 31.

Proposals are open for new clubs or organizations. The form was made available on Tuesday, October 7. Due date October 31.

The Club Officer Certification Form and 六色网 Learning Workshops must be completed by November 30.

President, treasurer, authorized signer, scheduler must follow this process.

  • Each person must submit a
  • Up to two weeks later, each club officer will be sent their trainings on 六色网 Learning
  • When the club officer completes their training they can return to the  to notify the Bronco Leadership Center that they have completed their workshops
  • The Bronco Leadership Center will verify that the officer meets basic eligibility and if they can serve as a President, Treasurer, Authorized Signer, or Scheduler
  • You will get an email confirmation anytime an officer's status changes.

Advisor must follow this process

  • After submitting the Step 1 form, Advisors will be assigned the advising workshop on 六色网 Learning
  • The Bronco Leadership Center will mark on the Step 1 form that they are approved to be your advisor.
  • You will get an email confirmation anytime an officer's status changes.

Starts October 7. Due on November 1.

Upload your bylaws for review on your Step 1 form if:

  • You are a new club/organization, or
  • Your club is revived and your old bylaws do not adhere to the Bylaws Template
    • References to SELS or OSLCC should now be Bronco Leadership Center, advisor section should use gender neutral language (not him or her), no references to quarters (must be semesters)
  • You made significant changes in the past year (e.g., membership rules, voting/quorum procedures, officer roles, or mission).
  • Minor edits like grammar or spelling do not require bylaw review

Your bylaws may need several rounds of reviews, and delaying bylaw submission may result in you not being able to move on to the next step. Please refer to sample bylaws, use mandatory language: 2025 Sample Bylaws and Instructions (DOCX File)

If you did not updload your bylaws and are required to have them reviewed, please email leadership@cpp.edu.

Starting December 2.

Clubs and organizations that already have fully registered and recognized status can start requestiung space for Spring 2026.

If you are still registering and not yet recognized/registered, you have to wait until your club/organization has completed the whole process.

Starts October 7. Due December 15.

Advisors, Treasurers, Schedulers, Authorized Signers: In step 5, the Club President will invite you into the organization, with your Treasurer, Scheduler, or Authorized Signer role. You must accept your invitation via the email myBAR sends you or go to the  and accept your role for Step 5 to be finished.

Club President: Please read the instructions below on how to complete steps 4 and 5. Please follow the appropriate instructions. Once you have completed all the below steps, and your Advisors, Treasurers, Schedulers, Authorized Signers have accepted their positions and display on the roster, reply to this email letting us know so that we can verify and then mark you as fully registered.
 

Step 4 - New Clubs
  • Club President, Message Anita Roberts at arroberts@cpp.edu to let her know you are ready to have your myBAR site created.
  • Anita will give you access directly to the new myBAR site.
  • You will then be approved to be the primary contact for the organization, giving you access to the myBAR page
Step 4 - Continuing Clubs
  • Club President, Go to and click "Log In" on the top right corner
  • Click the "Register an Organization" on the left sidebar, right under the Categories list
  • Find your Organization in the list and click the blue "Re-Register Organization" button
  • Complete this form
  • The Bronco Leadership Center will approve the form in the order it is received.
  • You will then be approved to be the primary contact for the organization, giving you access to the myBAR page
 
Step 5
  • Your organization's Bylaws are a public document and must be available for viewing. You MUST upload a copy of your UPDATED Bylaws onto your club/organization's myBAR page, under the tab titled "Documents". Make sure to include "Academic Year 2025-2026" in the document title.

  • All required positions (President, Treasurer, Scheduler, Advisor, Authorized Signer) must be listed on the club roster. If there are two presidents, each must be identified as "President". There cannot be more than one Scheduler and one Treasurer.
  • You must list five (5) students on your roster.
    • For example, if the President, Treasurer, Authorized Signer, and Scheduler, are all separate students, you only need to list one more member. If the President is also the Scheduler, and you have an Authorized Signer, and Scheduler, you will need to list two more members.
  • In order to begin making reservations in 25Live, your Scheduler must be listed. Until this is updated, access to 25Live will not be granted. Once this is complete, your Scheduler should have access to 25Live within three business days.
  • If all of the above steps are not completed, your access to resources will be delayed.
  • Remember that you must update your myBAR roster monthly with new members, and removing any graduated or non-members.

Registration forms/packets are reviewed from November 1 until December 15.

During this period is when the Bronco Leadership Center checks eligibility of presidents, treasurers, schedulers, ensure your bylaws are up-to-date, check that each person completed all your workshops, and that you have five members.

During peak registration periods, it may take up to six weeks to process your entire registration packet. 

Any organizations not in Steps 4 and 5 will no longer be eligible to be complete the registration process.

BLC performs an audit to ensure that listed officers (Presidents, Treasurers, and Schedulers) meet eligibility requirements: 

At least a 2.0 Semseter/ Term GPA and 2.0 Cumulative GPA

Completed one academic term

Currently taking units (6 Undergrad/3 Grad)

Maintain good standing (not on academic or disciplinary probation)

Not have more than 150 semester units (undergrad) or 50 semester units (graduate)

March - August 2026 Registration

Organizations that participate in March - August 2026 registration are working towards becoming recognized as an organization August 2026 - June 2027 (also known as Academic Year 2026-2027). This process is for new clubs, councils, continuing clubs, organizations, and academic year Fraternity and Sorority organizations.

Calendar Year Fraternity and Sorority Life organizations should be utilizing the October - December 2025 Registration process
