Empowering the Next Generation of Business Leaders:
A Legacy of Giving
The College of Business Administration is celebrating a wave of generosity that’s making a lasting impact on students, faculty, and programs.
Tomkoria Family Gift Supports Future Financial Leaders
As part of this year’s Broncos Give—a 36-hour giving event that united Broncos and friends in support of Cal Poly Pomona—the Tomkoria Family contributed a $5,000 match to enhance the Student Managed Investment Fund. This generosity is part of a $50,000 commitment to ensure that students continue to gain hands-on investing experience and receive financial support to pursue their academic goals.
Overall, CBA raised $17,450 from nearly 50 donors during the Broncos Give campaign. This outpouring of support is a testament to the strong community backing our mission to develop innovative, career-ready leaders.
Broncos Rise to the Challenge—And the Push-Ups
In a spirited response to the giving challenge, Dean Sandeep Krishnamurthy vowed to match donations with push-ups. He followed through with 175 push-ups in a suit, joined by students, faculty, and staff in a show of support and school spirit. [Watch the video here.]
Your generosity directly supports student success, strengthens academic programs, and creates a brighter future for the CBA community.
