Dr. Andrew Gonzales is an experienced higher education leader and educator with over 20 years of teaching experience spanning both graduate and undergraduate students in the organizational and psychological sciences, with a strong emphasis on leadership and management. He currently serves as the inaugural Director of Student Success at Chapman University’s Argyros College of Business and Economics and teaches Management Principles at Cal Poly Pomona. Dr. Gonzales earned his Ed.D. in Organizational Change and Leadership from the University of Southern California, an M.A. in Psychology/Social Sciences from the University of Chicago, and a B.A. in Psychology and Social Behavior from the University of California, Irvine. Throughout his career, he has been deeply committed to student success, combining his expertise in leadership development and organizational behavior with a passion for fostering student growth, engagement, and career readiness through innovative initiatives and collaborative partnerships.
