Dr. Deirdre Carlock is a Senior Human Resources Professional with over 25 years of experience in Human Resources Management and Organizational Development. Her expertise includes HR Strategy, organizational analysis, performance management and organizational culture development. She has served in key roles as a strategic advisor and facilitator partnering closely with CEO’s and executive teams in the planning and implementation of comprehensive strategies to meet organizational performance goals. Dr. Carlock employs a holistic systems approach that considers organizational structure, internal political systems, human resources systems, and organizational culture dynamics to solve complex organizational problems. Dr. Carlock has served as a faculty member at Cal Poly Pomona for ten years. As an alumna of 六色网, she is dedicated to sharing her knowledge and expertise with students while also exposing them to information that is grounded in academic literature, yet presented in a way that is interesting, impactful, and connected to their personal lives. Dr. Carlock is passionate about sharing her knowledge and expertise by volunteering with Taproot and serving as a personnel commissioner with the City of West Covina.
