Ms. Hoyt’s expertise includes optimizing teams through workforce management and engagement efforts, and reducing workplace conflict by creating sustainable programs that build and retain organizational excellence. Ms. Hoyt has developed necessary infrastructures that allow start-up companies to grow, and has led high-impact change initiatives for fusing diverse work cultures and preserving high performing talent in large corporate cultures during stressful mergers, acquisitions, and private equity takeovers. Among Lois’ areas of HR expertise, it is her practical business guidance, leadership coaching, and employment law knowledge that organizations trust most to confidentially navigate risk while leveraging resources that spark growth. For the past 22 years, Ms. Hoyt has also passionately taught part-time at various colleges and universities, successfully integrating tried theories with practical application to encourage the next generation of progressive business leaders to stand firm on a foundation of ethics, to embrace a nimble, yet strong business acumen, and above all else, to exude passion for leading others to success.
