One Team Award Selection Process
Process
- Nominations must be submitted on the One Team Award application (1-2 pages).
- Nominations can be submitted by one team member or a group nomination.
- Nominations should explicitly explain how the team being nominated meets the criteria for a cross-departmental team and specifically indicates the outcomes achieved and the impact to the campus community.
- All nominations will be reviewed by the selection committee and scored based on a rubric focused on the campus impact and emphasis on one or more of our Core Values.
- The top 3-5 highest team scores will be considered for the One Team Award.
