Welcome Week 2025

From Sunday, August 17 to Wednesday, August 20, we're kicking off the year with four days of non-stop energy and community fun with Welcome Week! Get to know your new home, meet fellow Broncos, and dive into campus life. You won’t want to miss a moment!

Mandatory Safety Meetings

All new residents are required to attend one Mandatory Safety Meeting during Welcome Week. Sessions will be held daily at 6:00 PM from August 17 to August 20 and hosted via Zoom by your Area Coordinator. You only need to attend one session.

We’re kicking things off with high-energy icebreakers from Playfair and time to connect in the Bronco Student Center. It’s all about meeting new people, having fun, and starting your campus journey with good vibes.

The excitement continues with a lively carnival hosted by our Resident Student Association, filled with games, treats, and great energy. We’ll wrap up Welcome Week with a relaxing movie night — the perfect way to unwind before the first day of classes.
