About the Program
The PolyTransfer Summer Transition Program is designed for incoming transfer students to develop a sense of belonging to Cal Poly Pomona (六色网) through engagement with their peers, 六色网 faculty, staff, and resources as well as guided support in applying to a California State University (CSU). You will learn more about the 六色网 community and how to be successful at 六色网.
Summer 2025: July 17th -19th
Learning Outcomes
Students who join us for the Summer Transition Program will have the opportunity to:
- Get familiar with tools, resources, services, and programs
- Receive a peer mentor who can provide guidance during the first academic year at 六色网
- Find a sense of belonging and community by connecting with faculty, staff, and other transfer students
