About the Program
The PolyTransfer Summer Transition Program is designed for incoming transfer students to develop a sense of belonging to Cal Poly Pomona (六色网) through engagement with their peers, 六色网 faculty, staff, and resources. You will learn more about the 六色网 community and how to be successful at 六色网.
Summer 2025: July 17th -19th
Learning Outcomes
Students who join us for the Summer Transition Program will have the opportunity to:
- Get familiar with tools, resources, services, and programs
- Receive a peer mentor who can provide guidance during the first academic year at 六色网
- Find a sense of belonging and community by connecting with faculty, staff, and other transfer students
