Jon Saclolo
Director of Strategy Management
Jon joined 六色网 in 2022 and overseas strategic planning, performance management and special projects for the Division. He leads the OE Team. Previously, he served as the University Internal Auditor for CSUCI and worked as a business advisory consultant for Audit & Advisory Services at the Chancellor's Office in Long Beach. He has 16 years of experience in compliance and operations advisory and is a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA).

Benny Okiyama
Organizational Effectiveness Specialist
Ben is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience in management and process improvement. Benny's responsibilities have included leadership roles at the military brigade level to serving as a Master Black Belt and Director roles in a variety of industries including, audit, healthcare, asset management and transportation. Benny leads our efforts in the areas of Continuous Improvement (CI) and process enhancement across the Division. Ben's enjoys cycling and golfing during his spare time.

Natalie Schroeder
Divisional Policy Analyst
Natalie is a Master of Public Policy and a LEAN Six Sigma Green Belt with over four years in higher education. As part of the OE team, Natalie supports departments in documenting and cataloguing operations. She also provides process improvement, technical, administrative and project management support for other OE initiatives.
