Creating detailed operational records for departmental processes is crucial for ensuring consistency, efficiency, and accountability across the Division of Administrative Affairs. These records serve as a foundational blueprint that guides daily operations, facilitates training, and supports the seamless transition of staff.
One of the responsibilities of Operational Excellence (OE) is to provide Administrative Affairs Departments with tools and resources for process improvements. As part of this effort, OE has established an Operations Detail Creation Process to facilitate the creation and retention of Divisional operations details.

Supporting Documentation
The Operations Detail Request Form requires end users to provide any supporting documents including guides, manuals, standard operating procedures (SOPs), operations detail drafts, memos, notes, or other resources pertaining to the topic of the operations detail.

If inadequate information and/or documentation is provided, the Divisional Policy Analyst will email the Requestor/Primary Contact to request additional information.

The operations detail creation process can be lengthy and the priority of a request may change depending on Divisional needs. Please submit requests a minimum of 1 month before their due dates. Requestors will be kept informed of any updates/status changes to their request.
