Continuous Improvement
The Division of Administrative Affairs is dedicated to continuous improvement, which is comprised of the ongoing process of analyzing performance, identifying opportunities, and making incremental changes to processes, products, and personnel. Continuous improvement is important as it allows us to be responsive to changing departmental and divisional needs.

We've sorted the templates and tools by the five phases of the Lean Six Sigma strategy for process improvement: DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control). Click on the name of the phase to access the toolset for that phase.
Define Phase: What problem would you like to fix?
Measure Phase: How does the process currently perform?
Analyze Phase: What is causing the problem?
Improve Phase: How will the team mitigate the root causes of the problem?
Control Phase: How do you sustain the improvement?
