Cal Poly Pomona wants to make the application process for returning students as simple as possible, which is why we have put together an application checklist that lets you know what you need and best practices when applying.

*Please allow 2-3 weeks after submission for an update from the Office of Admissions for next steps.
Returning students must declare a major at the time of application. Visit our list of Academic Programs.
Based on your interest form, you may be advised to submit a Cal State Apply application. If so, the application deadlines are as follows:
Spring term: August 1 – September 30
Fall Term: October 1 – June 1
If you are readmitted to the university, the Office of Admission will communicate your admission status and next steps in the enrollment process via the Bronco Applicant Portal.
