Women in Tech is a dynamic club dedicated to empowering and supporting women in the technology field. The club focuses on fostering professional growth, building confidence, and encouraging innovation through mentorship programs, workshops, networking events, and leadership opportunities. Student Security Operations Center

Our mission is to monitor the Student Data Center (SDC) and improve its security posture by continuously monitoring logs using System Information and Event Monitoring technologies like Splunk, IBM QRadar and Microsoft Sentinel.

Our goal is also to provide students interested in Cybersecurity the relevant skills that they will need to give them a head start on their Cybersecurity careers.

Students with an Interest in the Future of Technology, is the premier information technology and security organization at Cal Poly Pomona. One of the most active clubs on campus, SWIFT welcomes all, seeking to inspire and create a generation of students who are aware and capable of dealing with the dynamic landscape of information security, cyber security, and information technology. As one of the most active clubs on campus, SWIFT offers connections to industry, hands-on experiences, and events that challenge participants to learn something new.

Forensics and Security Technology

Cal Poly FAST is the official Cal Poly Pomona student chapter of the High Technology Crime Investigation Association. We aim to expose students to Digital Forensics, Cybercrime, and Cyber Security through knowledge development, hands-on workshops, and real world experiences.
