Welcome to the HR Policy & Audit Readiness page! This unit within Employee/Labor Relations & Compliance works with other EODA/HR Operations departments to ensure 六色网’s Human Resources policies and practices comply with state and federal laws and policies issued by the CSU Chancellor’s Office or the President’s Office. We also communicate with campus stakeholders regarding new or amended HR policies, respond to HR policy questions from managers and staff, and ensure that Cal Poly Pomona’s EODA/HR Operations processes and records are audit-ready.
