Most CSU employees* who become aware of, or have reason to believe, that sexual harassment, sexual misconduct, dating or domestic violence, stalking, discrimination or harassment based on a protected status, or retaliation has occurred must promptly report the information to the Title IX Coordinator or DHR Administrator. These employees are required to share all relevant details, including the names of the parties involved, even if someone has requested anonymity. The Title IX Coordinator or DHR Administrator will determine, based on the circumstances of each case, whether maintaining confidentiality is appropriate.
