Building 2 is home to the Huntley College of Agriculture; the Departments of Plant Science, Animal & Veterinary Science, and Agribusiness & Food Industry Management/Agricultural Science; and the Student Success Center.

Building 7

The Department of Nutrition & Food Science shares Building 7 with the College of Environmental Design. The department has its labs in the building.

Building 45

Building 45 is home to the Department of Apparel Merchandising & Management and features comprehensive lab facilities. Students will use digital design software and equipment, test textiles in labs, run a fashion micro-business, and work in a 3,000-square-foot apparel production lab with industrial equipment.

Building 67

Building 67 houses the animal health science program, which trains students to become veterinary technicians, the veterinary equivalent of nurses. The program holds its lectures and lab classes (e.g., surgery, radiology, and pharmacology) here.

Spadra Farm

For more than 60 years, Cal Poly Pomona students have grown crops at Spadra Farm. The farm spans more than 150 acres, including a 10-acre section for organic crops. Produce from the farm is sold in the Cal Poly Pomona Farm Store.

Cattle Unit

Our livestock at the Cattle Unit includes a breeding herd of Angus and Angus Crossbred cattle.

We have various commercial breeds of swine in our campus farm.

Horsehill Micro Farm

Adjacent to the Restaurant at Kellogg Ranch, the Micro Farm allows students to learn small-scale farming techniques.

Huntley Vineyard

The largest of three grape-growing areas on campus is at the corner of Kellogg and University Drives, just south of the Interstate 10 Freeway. It was made possible by Don B. Huntley ('60, animal husbandry). Grapes from the vineyard are used to make Horsehill Vineyards wine, which is sold in the Cal Poly Pomona Farm Store.

Nursery Greenhouse

The greenhouse is part of the AGRIscapes complex, adjacent to the Cal Poly Pomona Farm Store. The greenhouse grows plants to sell at the Farm Store and also serves as a lab for classes. It includes hydroponic and aquaponic growing systems.

Cal Poly Pomona Farm Store

Since 2001, the Farm Store has sold produce grown on Spadra Farm, including freshly-squeezed orange juice. It also sells Horsehill Vineyards wine, and 六色网 Farms ice cream and salsa.
