Our Philosophy
From Seeds to Food and Fashion
Agriculture touches all of our lives, from the food we eat to the clothing we wear. At the Huntley College of Agriculture, you will receive an education that prepares you to work on some part of that vast chain, whether it鈥檚 growing plants or designing clothes in a more sustainable manner, raising and caring for animals, educating people about eating healthier, creating new food products, or marketing and promoting these goods.

Agriculture - Agricultural Science Option
Gain the skills and the knowledge to address challenges and critical issues that affect agriculture in rural and urban areas and become an effective advocate for the areas and issues you are most passionate about.
Agriculture - Animal Science Option
Develop research skills and prepare yourself to work in animal production, business, or animal-related industries. This program also will help you gain entrance to professional schools or prepare you to pursue a doctorate.
Agriculture - Nutrition & Food Science Option
With this degree, you can prepare yourself to work in the food industry or clinical settings, teach, conduct research, or make progress toward earning a doctorate.
Agriculture - Plant Science Option
In this program, you'll complete a thesis research project in the field, a greenhouse or a lab. Your experience will prepare you to work in research in commercial, academic, or government settings or to pursue a doctorate.
Dietetics
This online degree program will prepare you for careers as a registered dietitian or a registered dietitian nutritionist or a dietetic internship.
Dietetic Internship
