Culinology®, one of only a few programs approved by the Research Chefs Association, blends culinary arts and the science of food. Students majoring in hospitality management or food science and technology may earn a minor in Culinology®. Learn to develop food products for retail and food service consumption; this minor is particularly helpful if you’re interested in product development.
