Payment plan support

Refunds & financial aid disbursements

Students who withdraw from all classes may be eligible for a tuition and mandatory fee refund. Refund eligibility and amount depend on the date of withdrawal and are governed by CSU policy and Title 5 of the California Code of Regulations

1098-T forms & tax-related questions

Form 1098-T is an annual IRS form completed by Cal Poly Pomona as required by the Taxpayer Relief Act of 1997, which is furnished to students to assist them in the preparation of their annual income tax returns.
