Understanding Your Student Account (PDF)
To better understand your student account—including charges, payments, refunds, and financial aid activity—you can access your account through BroncoDirect.
Simply Log in to your Student Center, then navigate to the Finances section to view your account details.
Employee/Dependent Fee Waivers
The Fee Waiver Program is designed to reduce or waive state fees for eligible employees to take classes at a CSU campus in order to improve current job skills/abilities (work-related training) or to obtain the education needed to pursue CSU career goals (career development).

California Statement University Waivers are authorized by the California Legislature or the CSU Board of Trustees and may reduce the cost of attendance for eligible students.
Payment of tuition and fees by third-party sponsors, such as vocational rehabilitation.

Whether your refund is from financial aid, a tuition overpayment, or dropping/withdrawing from classes, direct deposit is the safest and fastest way to receive your funds—no waiting, no lost checks.
Your statement—available through TouchNet Payment Plan—provides a detailed breakdown of your total tuition and fees, any previous payments, and your remaining balance. It may also include available payment plan options and their associated terms.
To view your statement:

Students can grant a parent, guardian, or other designated payer access to their student account by sending an invitation through the Transact Payment system. To invite a payer, enter their email address in the system. The invited payer will receive an email with instructions to create their own login and access the student’s account.
To begin, log in to your My六色网 Portal and follow the steps provided in the guide below.

To authorize someone in TouchNet Payment Plan Page, a student (or account holder) must grant access to their account through the Authorized Users section. This allows the designated person to view and make payments on the student's behalf.

Parking Services offers a convenient online portal where you can purchase a parking permit, as well as view, pay, or appeal any current parking citations.

The Instant Access Complete program exists to ensure all Cal Poly Pomona students have all the course materials they need to succeed every semester. One flat charge each semester grants access to the required textbooks/homework systems required for all classes a student is registered. Student Involvement and Representation Fee (SIRF) of $2.00 is an optional fee that California State University (CSU) students pay to support the Cal State Student Association (CSSA). The fee is $2 per term, and it's assessed twice a year. For more information please visit the .

六色网 students can grant parents or other individuals access to their education records by completing the FERPA Authorization to Release form through their BroncoDirect Student Center. Students must specify the type of records that may be released and the time period for which access is granted.
